Working against the period of post-modernism, of the use of quotation, of post-abstraction, of the pulling out again of every figurative fragment; I liked to wipe out the image, going back to the roots of the Informal movement, a different Informal thoughicy and without the vital pulse that always inhabits the magma of natural materials.
