Description of the performance:
In an unadorned space, the artist, imprisoned by leather straps that hold her near a large rigid black cotton bag, with her hand she slowly extracts yellow sand which then gradually covers the floor. Images in the background change constantly: the wing of a butterfly, drawings and diagrams on the materials for the fission of uranium...
The recorded voice of the artist accompanies the slow movements.

A raw and basic movement which recalls the sense of helplessness felt in front of the disproportion between two poles: that of fragility, recalled by the images of butterflies and that of power invoked in the diagrams related to the production of uranium.
